LEAD PASTOR
Pastor Neal Seiwert has a deep passion for equipping others to follow Jesus. With over a decade of ministry experience, his ministry journey has included extensive work in next generation ministries, church planting, and discipling marketplace leaders to live out their faith in everyday life. His heart extends to every generation. from young disciples discovering their calling to seasoned leaders influencing their workplaces and communities for Christ.
Holding a degree in Christian Ministries, Pastor Neal is known for delivering God’s Word through engaging, practical teaching and preaching. The call to Wichita ignited a passion to plant a Bible-based, Spirit-filled church, one where lives are transformed by God’s presence, the truth of Scripture is boldly preached, and a thriving community of believers grows together in faith.
Together with his wife, Hailee, and their three daughters Evelyn, Jessie, and Clara, he is deeply invested in seeing the Wichita community impacted by the love and power of Jesus.
LES BEAUCHAMP
APOSTOLIC OVERSEER
Les Beauchamp was the lead pastor of Lifegate Church where, along with his wife, Kris served for over 39 years (27 of which in the lead role). He joyfully succeeded his role in March of 2023 and now serves as Lifegate’s Pastor of Leadership Development.
He is currently an Apostolic Overseer of 8 churches and mentors numerous ministry leaders locally and nationally. Les also has served as a Presbyter for several churches around the nation. The author of one book: Brand New - Living as God’s New Creation which is translated into 4 languages and written for those who are just beginning their walk with Jesus or are curious about Him.
Married to his college sweetheart, Kris Beauchamp, a two time breast cancer survivor, they have a son and daughter in love, four perfect grandchildren and a married daughter.
MATT LANKENAU
ELDER
Matt Lankenau has the honor of leading the Hope Church Simpsonville Campus in upstate South Carolina. Matt desires to see people grow in an intimate relationship with the Lord as they experience the life-giving presence of God. He is passionate about the Church being transformed by the compassionate love of Jesus and for believers to walk in supernatural unity as they worship and are submitted to the Word.
Matt surrendered his life to Jesus at 18 years old after he was involved in a horrific car accident. Still to this day, doctors cannot medically explain how he is alive. It was in this painful experience that Matt realized God truly is active within our lives and that His plans for us are amazingly good! God has been using Matt to impact the lives of others ever since and it is one of the great joys of Matt’s life to point others to the saving grace of God.
It has been a privilege for Matt to serve in full-time ministry; first as a missions director and full-time missionary in Berlin, Germany, then moving into pastoral ministry where he has served in numerous roles within the church and even having the opportunity to plant a church in 2022. Originally from Texas, Matt has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of North Texas and a Masters of Theology from The King’s University.
Pastor Matt and his wife, Bethany, married on January 07, 2006. Their daughters; Lily, Ella and Kate were all born in Berlin, Germany and they are the greatest gifts ever given to the Lankenau family.
ALPH SAMUEL
ELDER
Born and raised in Sri Lanka, Alph Samuel is a graduate of YWAM, and Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, TX.
Alph came to know the Lord at the age of seventeen after the tragic passing away of his father. Alph has been heavily involved in ministry ever since and currently serves as Associate Pastor at Gateway Church, North Richland Hills.
Alph is passionate about the Holy Spirit, evangelism, and discipleship, and loves equipping believers for a fulfilling Christian life.
Alph is married to his wife, Jane for 23 years and they have two beautiful children who love the Lord with all their heart.
Alph enjoys golfing, fishing, biking, and spending time with his family.
